Thanksgiving 2020

26 Npv 2009

Colossians 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful.

I am thankful for the memories of past Holidays, the fun times, the large gatherings, and the wonderful people. I am also thankful for making new memories, Mike and I together. This year we didn’t have extended family around us, but we had us. We went out for our Thanksgiving meal and there was more than enough food – we probably could have shared a plate!

Photos have come up on through the “memories” on Facebook, that show how much the grandkids have grown, how everyone has gotten older, some are no longer with us here, but we have the knowledge of their faith and trust in Jesus; and we have the hope of seeing them again in Heaven.

It was a quiet, and calm, day. We mostly spent it reading, and sitting together. It’s been a great day. Have a good evening.
