Psalm 89:1 I will sing of the mercies of the Lord forever; With my mouth will I make known Your faithfulness to all generations.

Well, well, well. Today has certainly been very interesting. I spent the morning with Mike, I did some prep work for dinner with friends tonight, then this afternoon I spent more time with Mike. Mostly he didn’t engage, or anything.
Our guests arrived at 6 and Mike became a totally different person! He was engaged, he talked, a lot!, he laughed, and smiled, and he was animated. What a difference!! I can’t have people over every night, but I might have to do it more often if this is the result. I am so amazed.
After guests left for the evening, at almost 10 pm, Jenny did the dishes, cleaned the table and the kitchen, and then turned out the kitchen lights. It was a very pleasant and enjoyable evening for Mike and I – I hope our company felt the same.
Robert came in at 10:30 pm, and and visited with me for a while, before I decided I needed to take myself to bed! Now, it’s after midnight and I really need to shut down and get some sleep.
