Psalm 89:2 For I have said, “Mercy shall be built up forever; Your faithfulness You shall establish in the very heavens.”

Today Mike was sleepy when he got up, and I needed to go to the bank, so I told him I would be back in 30 to 40 minutes. It ended up being 45 minutes, I had to get fuel, and there was an accident that slowed down traffic on my way back to the house.
I got the inside of the microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher all cleaned, and probably on Wednesday I’ll tackle the ovens.
Mike woke up once I got home, and he wasn’t hungry, he just wanted to watch tv. He went to the family room while I was working on the appliances, I was getting ready to do the dishwasher, when he came into the kitchen and asked for lunch – so I fixed baked potatoes for us, he finished and we spent a good 30 minutes talking to each other!! That hasn’t happened in a very long time. He talked about his sisters, the problem we had with one of them; we talked about his Mom and her health problems, and he said he wanted to buy a truck! I told him I didn’t want payments of over $400 for the next 5-6 years, and if he needed a truck it would be much easier, and cheaper, to rent one for a day and return it, leaving us without a monthly payment to be met. He said that’s an interesting possibility. I also told him that renting a pod for storage, and leaving it at our property while he rearranged the shop, would be a lot cheaper, and easier, than renting a storing unit someplace else. I don’t know what he thinks he’s going to do, but I have slowed down his thoughts of spending lots of money. Seriously, if we’re going to purchase a new vehicle, I want a decent sedan, or SUV, not a pick-up truck.
Robert came in and fixed tacos for everyone, and I took 2 to Mike and then I went to my room. Alycia came by to eat some dinner, and pick up her babies, then she took off. Robert took the other kids to his place to watch a movie.
Now it’s time for me to turn out the lights and go to sleep
