Dinner Out

Titus 3:8 This is a faithful saying, and these things I want you to affirm constantly, that those who have believed in God should be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable to men.

We had a good day, though Mike got a bit confused. He had PT today, instead of yesterday, and it messed with his remembering the day. After the PT, we went to Elmer’s and had brunch, then home. Mike took a really long nap.

After Mike woke up, I went outside and check my garlic bed; it’s doing very well. And so are the Walla Walla onions I planted last year. Once I was finished with the garden beds, it was in the house again, and trying to decide what to wear for this evening.

We went out to dinner at Wolf Lodge Inn. A tasty steak dinner! Yum – the picture on this page was taken out side of the restaurant tonight. Mike did extremely well, and engaged fully with the dinner conversation, and after dinner conversation! Driving home, at almost 10 pm was no picnic. Since it’s been over a year since I’ve done any major night driving, I found it to be very uncomfortable, and I didn’t like driving at 60-65 mph! I stayed around 55, fortunately there was almost no traffic, but I got off the freeway at the 1st exit I could – Sherman Avenue. I took surface streets home from there.

Mike and I were both really tired from tonight’s activities, and as soon as we got home, he took his evening meds and then I decided to go to bed. So Mike went to his room, and I went to mine. Now it’s time to actually go to sleep.
