Hebrews 2:17 Therefore, in all things He had to be made like His brethren, that He might be a merciful and faithful High Priest in things pertaining to God, to make propitiation for the sins of the people.
Me and Mike – I think we were in Israel.
Our late night last night took a toll on Mike. Though he engaged well with our dinner partners, today he slept later than normal, and spent most of the day sitting, and watching tv, and for the most part I sat next to him as he asked.
One of the movies we watched, that was totally excellent was The Upside! Great, great movie, based on a true story. While we watched tv – I also had my computer on my lap doing some research on easy to assemble greenhouses for my raised garden beds. I found plans that look promising, but I am not ready to try and build something.
Several times a day, every day, Mike is asking me if he has PT today? I tell him ‘No, it’s______ (Saturday, or Wednesday, or whatever day it is) And you have PT on Tuesday and Thursday. ‘ I don’t know how it will mess with him when PT ends – around the end of April.
I’ve now had almost a full week with no blow ups and no arguments from Mike, and for that I am thankful; I am also trying to prepare myself for when the next one happens. Since I can never guess what might upset him, I sometimes feel I am walking on egg shells to keep him from becoming upset. Even so, we are maintaining and things are moving along.
Mike has already gone to bed, and it’s now my time to turn in.
