James 2:26 For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also.

I took Mike to PT and dropped him off. I ran home and met with the landscaping company to talk about redoing the yard. After they left I was planning to go out and do some things, but as I got to the cleaners, the sky was getting really dark so I went home. Today was Mike’s day to go to lunch with the guys and they had ribs. Mike came into the house about 12:30 and seemed exhausted! Usually he’s more animated after being out with the guys.
He sat for a bit, and then asked me to join him for a while, watching tv. It was 1 in the afternoon. At 8:30 he finally decided he needed to go to bed. And I got a lot of time to sit next to him – for 7+ hours. During a break between movies, Mike suggested, since the car is in the shop anyway, let’s get the other damages fixed and then sell the car. I can go with that. I will call the collision company tomorrow and let them know.
I like being with Mike, I don’t like sitting for so many hours. Anytime I get up to get some water, or a cup of tea, etc., he gets agitated with my leaving. I have to reassure him I’ll be right back. I am happy things have been calm around here for the last couple of weeks, and I am hoping it stays this way for a long time. We see the neurologist in 8 days.
