I think I’m tired!

James 3:17 But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.

I was up at 7:30 and relaxing until it was time to wake Mike. I got him up at 9:45 to get ready and go to lunch with the guys. While I was waiting until it was time to wake Mike, I spent a good bit of time watering the garden by moving the hose from section to section.

After Mike left with Rick, I took off for Costco, got what I needed and back home to unload the car. From there I went to Fred Meyers, finished up and as I was ready to pull into the driveway at home, (12:15) Rick was leaving, he’d just dropped Mike off. I went into the house, and Mike was already laying down on the sofa! And he stayed there until 3:30. While he slept, I went out front and worked on removing more rocks from the planter – wow! My hands hurt, and yes, I was wearing gloves. My legs and back also hurt, but my hands hurt worse.

I finished up for the day, not finished with the project, and got dinner started, took a shower and then made sure Mike had his meal. I sat with him for about an hour, then I couldn’t stay awake easily, so I went upstairs to the bedroom. As I was getting ready to go upstairs, Mike asked what he had going on tomorrow, I told him Bennett House, and he grumbled! After I got upstairs, I spent some time sorting, & folding, laundry and getting it put away.

I was supposed to get a bookcase delivered today, but it didn’t happen. As soon as it’s here, I should be able to finally finish up in the office and get some of my genealogy files organized. I have boxes I want to empty, still, and it’s been a slow process. Moving forward, but very slow!!

Depending on how tomorrow goes, I am hoping to get more of the rocks cleared out and maybe get some of the flowers transplanted to a different spot. Right now I have to decide if I want to put down some weed control fabric; the process would be fabric, soil, and then plant the strawberries. I don’t even know how the sprinkler/drip system works in that planter because it’s been so overgrown with weeds, and wild morning glories.
