John 11:25 I am the Resurrection and the Life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live.
This morning after taking Mike to the Bennett House, I had an appointment with the attorney to get consevertorship. It’s going to be a long process and require my taking classes to be sure I know what’s required of me (I think I am already doing everything they might require!)
The attorney asked what my main goal is, right now, for Mike. I told him to keep Mike home as long as possible. As long as I can care for him and keep him safe. And the attorney agreed that was a good and respecpectable goal, and he knows most of the judges would be satisfied with that. I have to do a full on budget and show how much I spend on Mike, when I take him, where I take him – doctor’s, out for a meal, purchasing clothing, etc.
In between dropping Mike off, and getting to the attorney, I was able to return some items to Costco and pay the water bill. After the appointment, I got some ice cream sandwiches for my contribution to the Wednesday night dinner, dropped them off at the church and picked up Mike, on time! 🙂 (They said Mike slept most of the time)
When we got home, Mike fell asleep on the sofa until it was time to leave for church, and off we went. Mike dozed off after dinner, while the Pastor was talking and then didn’t want to go to bed when we got back home 😒 At 11:30 he finally went to bed. I have figured I am averaging about 4-5 hours of sleep each night. I think I need more.
