Matthew 11:29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
Mike was disoriented when he got up. He was telling me he would heal from the injuries, not to worry. He hasn’t had any injuries for the last few days. Thankfully! He couldn’t seem to get it together, so I got him his shorts, then I had to help him zip them. O had to help him I put on a t-shirt, and I had to untie his shoes to get them onto his feet, and I tied them once they were on. He just struggled with it all. This morning he didn’t fight me about helping him.
I got him to the Bennett House and took off to do some photography, but I hadn’t checked my camera, and there was no SD card. Nothing, not in the camera, my purse, or the glove box (sigh); it happens. Frustrating when it does, but that’s what I get for hurrying.
After we got home, Mike slept on the sofa, thwn he went to the family room , napped there, while I fixed dinner.
He went to bed by 7:30 and I spent some time taking stuff out if the room on the main floor. It’s going to become a bedroom soon. When Robert gets home, I am planning to have him help me move the Victrola out of the room and move a bed in. Then a TV and possibly a lounge chair, if there’s room. For now, I am unable to move much more by myself.
I still have 1/3 of the garage to clean, but I am at a standstill without some assistance. There are bigger things to move than I can do alone. I need another set of shelves from Costco, and I would like to wall off some of the space between the 2 car side and the 1 car side.
Tomorrow, there is nothing much going on. It will be a quiet day, at home.
