Responsible?

Joshua 1:9 Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go

A baby moose, eating my plants

I was awake at 6 am to shut off the house alarm, and Vicki was able to take her dog out. I fell back to sleep, but woke up the 2nd time with a headache! 😖

After helping Mike get his shoes on, the 3 of us left to take him to the Bennett House, then Vicki, and I, had a light breakfast, went to Costco, and to Home Goods. After getting Mike, we went to Iron Pizza for dinner, and Mike told me he was tired. We went straight home.

Last night I had asked Vicki to keep the downstairs door locked for Mike’s safety, and she didn’t. Mike ended up downstairs, and sort of “lost” Thankfully, he came back up and watched TV in his room, Vicki joined him.

While Mike was watching one of his programs, Vicki told me she’d stay with Mike, if I wanted to do something tomorrow. I thanked her, and told her I had run my errands on Wednesday so I didn’t have anything to do. She said, “you can go shopping, or just out without Mike. I’ll stay home with him.” Hmmmm, No. I think not. I need to do some things in the house, and I have more visitors coming on Monday!

Vicki said Mike looks very frail and fragile, and I agree with that assessment. He says he needs to try to gain some weight, and I agree with that also. However, he’s been saying that for a while; he just keeps losing weight.

It has been sprinkling most of the afternoon, and tonight it really rained hard. I am hoping my heating/AC unit gets fixed before much longer. We have had no AC since August 1, and now we have no heat. I may have to call an independent person to come and check out my unit. This is getting ridiculous! For now, it’s not horribly bad, but as the weather continues to cool, it could become serious! I have to wake up, again, at 6 am to shut off the alarm so Vicki can take her dog out.
